HU4 Community Trust

Welcome to HU4 Community Trust

HU4 Community Group (Later becoming HU4 Community Trust) was founded by Terry and Dawn Sullivan in 2019 with the aim of bringing together the community that live in HU4.

Since starting the community group, Terry and Dawn have worked hard to get to where we are today. They have gained charity status for the trust, gained a space to work from by means of the café on Sibelius Road, and started working with various organisations to provide services to the community.

The volunteers that run the café are proud to continue the work that Terry and Dawn have started and we aim to help them in their mission to provide more services for our community. It is apparent that our current space is not big enough for the requirements, so it is vital that we have the support of the community to fight for a better and bigger premises to be able to offer more for the estate and wider community.

Predominantly our hub users live in HU4, though 30% of our hub users do live in different areas of Hull.

HU4 Community Trust provides the residents of HU4 and Kingston upon Hull with Warm Space, a Community Library, a Community Cafe, Food Bank, Community Space, Green Space, Craft Sessions, Debt Advice, Health Advice, Mum and Tots Sessions and Older Peoples Sessions.
